No. Swishy is designed for beginners and non-designers. Templates and AI tools make it easy to create animations quickly.

**How long does it take to create an animation?**\
Most animations can be created in just a few minutes, depending on the style and export quality.

**What should I type into the AI prompt?**\
Use clear, simple descriptions of what you want. The more specific you are, the better the results.

**Can I edit the animation after it’s generated?**\

**Why does multi-scene generation take longer?**\
Multi-scene animations create multiple sections at once, which requires more processing time.

**Why can’t I export a transparent background in MP4?**\

**Will my work be saved automatically?**\
Yes. Your progress is saved as you work, and you can access previous versions using Version History.

**Can I return to an earlier version of my animation?**\
Yes. Use the **Version History** toggle to switch between previous versions.

**Cancellation & Refund Policy**

Swishy AI is a subscription-based service that provides users with credits to create AI-powered animations, visuals, and related outputs.

When you purchase a Swishy AI subscription, your plan includes a set number of credits. These credits can be used to generate, edit, or export content on the platform.

Because Swishy AI incurs upfront costs to provide and process these credits, including third-party AI generation and infrastructure costs, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins or credits have been issued.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.

Swishy AI does not offer refunds for:

* Subscription renewals that were not canceled before the billing date
* Unused credits
* Partially used billing periods
* Credits that have already been issued to your account
* AI generations, exports, or other usage-based actions
* Failure to use the service during an active subscription period

This is because credits represent real platform and AI processing costs that Swishy AI pays for upfront.
