General Usage
Do I need design experience to use Swishy? No. Swishy is designed for beginners and non-designers. Templates and AI tools make it easy to create animations quickly.
How long does it take to create an animation? Most animations can be created in just a few minutes, depending on the style and export quality.
AI & Editing
What should I type into the AI prompt? Use clear, simple descriptions of what you want. The more specific you are, the better the results.
Can I edit the animation after it’s generated? Yes. You can edit animations using the AI editor or manual settings at any time.
Why does multi-scene generation take longer? Multi-scene animations create multiple sections at once, which requires more processing time.
Exporting
Why is my export taking a long time? Higher-quality exports take longer to process. For faster results, choose the Fast or Balanced quality options.
Why can’t I export a transparent background in MP4? MP4 does not support transparency. Transparent backgrounds are available for GIF and MOV formats only.

Why does Swishy feel slow or laggy on my device? Performance may vary depending on your device, browser, and system version. Older or unsupported systems may experience issues.

Can I submit my own template? Yes. You can submit your animation as a template for review. Approved templates may be featured on the homepage.
When will my submitted template appear? Templates are reviewed by admins. Approval times may vary.
Accounts & Data
Will my work be saved automatically? Yes. Your progress is saved as you work, and you can access previous versions using Version History.
Can I return to an earlier version of my animation? Yes. Use the Version History toggle to switch between previous versions.
